Judicial Summons
Delivery of summons and subpoenas with UTC timestamp, delivery IP and receipt confirmation. Exportable logs for legal proceedings. Notification evidence valid before judges and arbitrators.
Send legal notifications with complete traceability, legally valid delivery evidence and regulatory compliance in every communication.
A legal notification that fails to arrive or lacks delivery evidence can cost a court case, delay a collection or breach a regulatory obligation. Not all notifications allow resending — some have legal value only if the first attempt is documented.
Unlike a generic provider, Opptima generates legally valid logs for every message it sends, runs Pre-Send Compliance before each campaign and retains delivery records for more than 5 years for audits and legal proceedings.

Each type of legal notification has different evidence and traceability requirements. Opptima covers them all.

We answer the most common questions about legal evidence and traceability in digital communications
Yes. Opptima's delivery records meet common standards for electronic evidence — timestamped delivery records and audit trails recognized in many jurisdictions. Each log includes UTC timestamp, origin IP, recipient server IP and delivery status — elements widely recognized as supporting evidence in legal proceedings. We recommend confirming specific evidentiary requirements with legal counsel in your jurisdiction.
Opptima retains delivery logs for a minimum of 5 years, exceeding the retention requirements of most legal proceedings in many jurisdictions. For sectors with longer retention obligations (financial, healthcare), we offer extended retention plans under a specific contract.
Yes. Opptima's logs have been used as evidence in collection proceedings, contractual disputes and regulatory audits in multiple jurisdictions. We issue digitally signed log certifications that can be presented to judges, arbitrators and regulatory entities in accordance with local evidentiary standards. Our legal team can assist you in the evidence submission process.
For every message it sends, Opptima records: UTC send timestamp, origin server IP, recipient server name, acceptance timestamp by the destination server, delivery status (delivered/bounced/deferred), open timestamp when available, and any subsequent events such as clicks or replies. All data is immutable and digitally signed.
Yes. Opptima is used for notifications to tax authorities, labor ministries, social security agencies and other government entities. The REST API lets you integrate sending and delivery-certificate retrieval directly into your management system. The logs meet common electronic evidence standards expected by government regulatory entities.
Opptima uses multiple verification mechanisms: SMTP delivery confirmation to the recipient's server, open tracking via pixel (when the client opens the email), click recording and automatic SMS failover system if the email is not delivered. For critical notifications, the system can request explicit confirmation from the recipient and record it as additional evidence.
