The standard flow is: Email in the preventive reminder (days -5 to 0), Email + SMS simultaneous at the due date (day 0), WhatsApp with legal evidence in moderate default (days +3 to +7). The system detects if the number has active WhatsApp Business before attempting delivery. If they do not have WhatsApp, the flow automatically escalates to SMS for that specific contact.
